Snipaste is a simple but powerful snipping tool that also allows you to paste the screenshot back onto the screen. Download and open Snipaste, press F1 to start taking screenshots, select "Copy to Clipboard", then press F2, and the screenshot will be displayed on top of the desktop. You can also convert text or color information in the clipboard into a picture window. You can scale and rotate these map windows, or make them semi-transparent, and even make them transparent with the mouse.
